David’s record of successful appellate advocacy is the result of careful preparation of briefs – including thorough and exacting research – outstanding writing skills, and effective oral presentations before courts of appeal. David has both defended successful judgments from the trial courts and successfully pursued reversals of trial court judgments. Several of his winning cases have pitted him against well-known lawyers who represent large national corporations.
